The deal between you and Actto.
Last updated September 17, 2026
Who we are
Actto is operated by Andrii Pyrozhok. The business address is 21 Silverado Range Bay SW, Calgary, Alberta T2X 0C2, Canada. You can reach us at support@actto.app, and a real person reads it.
Your account
You need an account to use Actto, you must be at least 16, and the details you give us should be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.
One account is for one person. Actto is built for a single person, so there is nothing to share and nothing to gain by sharing a login.
What you can expect from us
We will run the service with reasonable care and look after your data as described in the privacy policy. If we plan a change that takes away something you already have, we will tell you first.
We will not, however, promise perfection. Actto is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of faults, or that it will suit any particular purpose you have in mind. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
What Actto is not
Actto is a productivity app built for how ADHD brains work. It is not a medical device, it is not treatment, it is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice.
The reward system is based on a long-established behavioral technique. That is a description of the mechanism, not a claim about any outcome for you.
What we expect from you
- Do not use Actto for anything unlawful.
- Do not try to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not resell access, or use automated means to extract data at scale.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to hold.
Paid plans
The free plan is free to use. Plus is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
You can cancel at any time from the same place you subscribed. Canceling stops the next renewal and you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for. On annual plans, if you tell us within 30 days of paying that it is not working for you, we will refund it.
Lifetime is a single payment rather than a subscription. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel, and it includes everything in Plus except the AI features, because those cost us money every time they run.
Lifetime gets the same 30 days as an annual plan. If it does not work out, tell us within 30 days of paying and we will refund it.
If we raise the price, it applies to new subscriptions. If it would ever affect an existing one, we will tell you before your next renewal and you can cancel first.
Your content is yours
You keep every right you have in the things you put into Actto. You give us only the permission we need to store it, display it back to you, and run the features you ask for, such as sending a task name to the AI planner when you press the button.
We do not claim ownership of your content, we do not use it to advertise, and we do not train models on it.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like, from inside the app, and you do not have to tell us why.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Unless the law prevents it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right where that is reasonable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for anything you lost because you relied on the app being available. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited, including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and law
If we change these terms substantially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use Actto after that means you accept the new version.
These terms and any dispute under them are governed by the law of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
