Your day is free. Goals and projects are Plus.

Every account starts with 14 days of Plus, and no card. After that, everything you need to plan a day still costs nothing. You pay when you want Actto to hold your goals and projects as well, or to pick the day for you.

Try it and see if it clicks.

  • Up to three priorities a day, and no fourth
  • Tasks filtered by the energy and the time you have
  • A meter that adds your plan up against your hours
  • Three habits and three rewards
  • Somewhere to put every thought, with no form to fill in

You do not have to choose now. Every account starts with 14 days of Plus, so you can try goals, projects and the AI first.

Plus

14 days free
$6/month

Normally $72 a year. $48 a year, which is 4 months free.

Everything in Free, plus goals, projects, and an AI that picks your day and tidies your brain dump.

  • Areas, goals and projects, so big things break into tasks
  • Patterns, so you can see where your hours actually went
  • As many habits and rewards as you want
  • An AI that picks your day and says why it picked each one
  • Planning by the week or the month, and a tidy-up for the brain dump

No card. It turns into Free on its own if you do nothing.

Lifetime

Pay once

$149once

4 years of Plus costs $192. This costs $149, once.

For anyone who is done adding another monthly charge to the pile.

Pay once and keep it. Everything in Plus, except the AI.

  • Areas, goals and projects, so big things break into tasks
  • Patterns, so you can see where your hours actually went
  • As many habits and rewards as you want
  • Nothing to renew, and no price that can go up on you later

Start free first. You can move to Lifetime whenever you like.

Nothing here is built to trap you.

  • Cancel in two clicks

In the same place you subscribed. There is no maze to get through, and nobody asks if you are sure five times.

  • 30 days back on annual

A year is a lot to commit to. If it does not work out, tell us within 30 days and we refund it.

  • Your price won't move

If the price goes up later, it goes up for new accounts. Not for yours.

Questions about the money

You move to the free plan and nothing you made is deleted. The goals and projects you built are still there and you can still see them. You just cannot add new ones, and the AI planner stops. The capacity meter keeps doing the same math without it.
No. Free is a complete way to run a day. You pick up to three priorities and cannot add a fourth, Actto shows you the ones that fit your energy and your minutes, it adds your plan up against the hours you have, and you get three habits and three rewards. Plus is for goals and projects, and for letting an AI pick the day for you. Plenty of people will never need it, and that is fine.
No. The trial opens a normal account and asks for nothing. If you do nothing when it ends, it turns into the free plan by itself. There is no charge waiting and nothing to remember to cancel.
Yes. It works out at $4 a month, so you pay for eight months and get twelve. If you would rather not commit to a year, the monthly plan is exactly the same product.
One payment of $149 and Plus is yours from then on, except the AI. That is the trade: the AI costs us money every time it runs, so a plan you only pay for once cannot include it. Everything else is there, and the free plan already does the same jobs by hand.
No. Points are a score inside the app, not a currency. Nothing you pay Actto gives you points, points cannot be bought, moved to another account, or exchanged for anything, and the rewards they unlock are things you wrote for yourself, like a coffee or an episode. Plus and Lifetime change what the app can hold, never how many points you have.
Actto is built for one person. Shared lists solve a different problem, and we would rather do this one properly.
If price is the only thing stopping you, email us. We'd rather you used it.
It stays in your account. We do not sell it and we do not train anything on it. Deleting your account really does delete it.

Start on Free. Decide about Plus later.

The trial will still be there when you want it. Take as long as you need to decide.
