The whole thing, in the order you'll meet it.
Seven parts, and each one is here for a reason. The first three get you through a day. The other four are for when the day is not the hard part, and the week or the whole year is.

Capture
Catch the task before it's gone
One field, always on screen. No due date, no project, nothing but the task itself. It waits in your brain dump until you sort it. Sorting is what puts it in front of you, so nothing you capture can ambush a day.
In the brain dump
No due date, no project, no category. Three taps, three thoughts, nothing to fill in.

Right now
What can I do right now?
Tell it two things: how much energy you have, and how long you have. It answers with up to three tasks that fit both. Three, not thirty. A list of twelve is another decision, and deciding is the part that stops you.
3 tasks that fit

Low ShortLife5 tasks need more energy than low, or take longer than 30 minutes, so they are out of sight. One more task fits too, waiting behind today's three, because you can only pick three priorities a day.

Today
Three priorities a day, and no fourth
You pick up to three priorities for the day, and Actto will not let you add a fourth. A day with ten priorities has none, and planning more than you can finish is what turns an evening into guilt. Anything you don't finish stays where it is. Nothing moves itself into tomorrow. Tomorrow opens at three again, and yesterday's is waiting under its own date for you to pick it up or let it go.

Rewards
Finishing earns you points
Every task you finish earns points, and harder ones pay more. You spend them on rewards you wrote, at prices you set. Actto tells you when you can afford one.
Earning something you want for doing something hard is a long-established behavioral technique. The difference here is that you picked the reward.

Habits
Some days a habit doesn't suit the day
Habits only show up on the days you picked for them. If today is not one of those days, tap Not today and it goes. It does not count as a miss. Your streak holds, your points do not change, and the habit is back on its next scheduled day.
A missed day is an empty square rather than a red one, so a week away leaves a gap and not a list to clear.

Last week: didn't open it once. Nothing piled up.
This week

Your habits are exactly where you left them. The streak starts again.
A three week calendar. Five of seven days were done two weeks ago, none at all last week, and five of seven this week. Nothing on the calendar is marked as failed or overdue, and there is no backlog to clear. The streak starts again after the week away.

AI planner
Or let the AI pick your three
Some days even picking three is too much, so it picks for you. Every pick comes with the reason it was picked. The same AI tidies the brain dump, and when one note is really three tasks it separates them for you.

Goals and projects
If tasks aren't enough
Some things are too big to be one task. A goal holds projects, and projects hold tasks. Finish one and its points go to the part of your life it belongs to. That is areas, goals and projects, and it is the Plus plan.
You can use just tasks and never open any of this. It is here for the point where one task stops being enough, whether that is month three or your first afternoon.
35%Monetize the channel
Active8 of 23 tasks done across 2 projects
One goal, Monetize the channel, at 35 percent. Under it two projects: Make 50 videos with 3 of 9 tasks done, and Set up the shop with 5 of 14 done. The goal's percentage is counted from those tasks.
One Actto, on everything you use.
Actto runs in your browser, so your phone, your laptop and anything else you sign in on all show the same day. There is no app store to go through, nothing to update, and no device sitting on an older version than the others.
If you would rather it sat with your other apps, it goes on your home screen in a few taps and opens like one. Actto offers to walk you through it, and asks again later if you would rather not right now.
